Planned for 2027 · not available yet

A shared week.
A clearer view for the chief.

Crew management is on the roadmap. The current app is centered on individual use; a working department roster, crew time entry and approval process still need to be built.

Individual workflows come first

The closed beta planned for Q4 2026 focuses on individual crew members. Shared crew work follows simpler workflows, mobile catch-up and the first connected reports.

Two ways to record time.
One review process.

The first complete crew release is planned to include both entry methods. A chief should be able to see who the time belongs to, who recorded it, and what changed.

Crew members submit

A crew member enters their own call, meals and wrap, then submits the time for review. Returned entries can be corrected and resubmitted.

The chief enters time

The chief records time for assigned crew members, with a preview before applying shared times and individual exceptions kept visible.

The department reviews

A shared view shows missing submissions, review status, hours and approved time, with a change history and a report to hand off.
