Your agreement.
Your fund. Your terms.
Function is contract- and fund-agnostic. Bring your agreement, rider, rate card or benefit-fund document. We’re building around the terms you provide, helping you review the setup and apply those terms to the work you actually do.
You provide the source documents and review the configured terms before using them on a job. Function is in development, with closed beta planned for Q4 2026.
Built by an IATSE crew member who got tired of being mispriced. The product starts with the terms of your work, wherever those terms come from.
The rules behind a working day
Overtime tiers
Daily hour thresholds, weekly overtime and double-time — derived from what you logged. Plus the rungs above double-time, including ladders that trigger on hours ELAPSED since your call rather than hours worked.
Meal penalties
Meal calculations use the recorded events and configured rules. The result depends on the agreement and the terms entered for the job.
Premiums that stack correctly
Where your agreement compounds, they compound — a Sunday 1.5× base, then overtime on top. Where it says premiums may not be compounded, every hour pays the greatest rung it qualifies for instead of a silent product of the two.
Benefit funds
Bring the contribution rules and statements for your fund. Configure its rates, contribution basis and effective dates, then review expected contributions against the records you receive.
Log reality. Keep the receipts.
- Log to-the-minute; bill at your contract's rounding increment
- Human overrides for the genuine exceptions — the engine handles the rest
- Every expected-vs-actual difference becomes a decision, not a surprise
- Quarterly (Q1–Q4) benefit reporting basis kept straight all year
Your income isn’t
our business model.
Contracts, rates and financial records can be sensitive and proprietary. Our commitment is simple:
- We will never sell your income or contract details.
- We will never collect or analyze those details for advertising, profiling, industry benchmarks or market research.
- Your records serve your own tracking, calculations and reports.
The app stores and processes records to provide its features, maintain security and preserve record history. Our privacy policy explains that processing, including service providers and integrations.
