From the first call to the final check
Function TimeTrack is in development, with closed beta planned for Q4 2026. Bring your own agreements and fund documents; your reviewed terms shape the setup. Simpler setup, mobile catch-up and connected reporting remain substantial work on the roadmap.
Your contract. Your fund. Bring your terms.
Function is contract- and fund-agnostic. Your documents are the starting point: ingest the agreements, rates and fund rules you bring, review the terms, and use them for your work.
- Bring your own agreements, riders and rate cards
- Use your fund's contribution rules and statements
- Review the configured terms, effective dates and missing details before applying them to a job
Log the day as it really ran
Record call, wrap, meal breaks and travel to the minute. You log raw reality — the engine consumes it. Bill at whatever increment your contract rounds to.
- Start/end times with meal and travel segments
- Entries that span midnight stay one day's work
- Log to-the-minute, bill at a per-contract increment
Overtime and premiums, derived — not guessed
Daily hour thresholds, weekly overtime and double-time are classified from what you logged. Premiums stack the way the agreement says — and where it forbids compounding, every hour pays the greatest rung it qualifies for instead of a silent product. You override the exceptions.
- Straight time, overtime and double time derived from your configured terms
- Rungs above double-time, including ladders that trigger on ELAPSED hours since your call
- Compounding where the agreement compounds; greatest-rate where it forbids it
- Meal-penalty gating on real meal events, and turnaround tracked
Keep kit fees and allowances in view
Equipment rental and location allowances can be recorded alongside a job, using the amounts and terms configured for that work.
- Daily kit rates or flat per-project fees, with inventory
- Domestic vs distant per diem by location
- Tallied per production, ready to reconcile and invoice
Funds that cascade off the right gross
The app distinguishes contribution bases and includes quarterly benefits reporting. Coverage depends on the configured fund and agreement; integration into the shared reporting experience is planned.
- Your fund's own contribution rules and statements as the source
- Each fund on its own basis — a percentage of gross, of contractual wages, or of scale — never one flattened rule
- In-gross vacation & TET handled above and below the line
- Quarterly (Q1–Q4) benefit reporting basis
Did the fund actually receive what you earned?
A contribution you never see is the easiest kind to lose. Three independently-derived figures sit side by side for every fund and every period — what the fund's own statement says it received, what the fund's own published rule says it should have received, and what your contract config expects — and the gaps between them are named out loud.
- Shortfall: the fund received less than its own schedule says it should have — real money, surfaced
- Config drift: your authored contribution setup disagrees with reality, so the config is suspect
- A delta is a question, never a silent correction — a statement figure never overwrites a computed one
- You decide on each one: accept, reject or dispute
Was the gig actually worth it?
Twelve reports in three plain-language groups — money, union and compliance, production and export. Not dashboards for their own sake: the questions a freelancer actually has to answer between jobs.
- Rate realization — what you were quoted against what you were paid
- Worth it? and Profitability — a gig judged after the fact, not before
- Payers & ageing and Forward book — who owes you, and what's already committed
- Union & funds, Penalties, Earnings, Production, and PDF export
A clean number the production can pay
Turn a priced week — or a run of several weeks — into a professional invoice, then push customers and invoices to QuickBooks when you're ready, so your books match the cheques.
- Invoice a week or a run: time, kit, per diem and reimbursable lines, with a guard against billing a timesheet twice
- Recurring invoice schedules, aging and client statements
- Credit notes, deposits and payment allocation, so a part-paid invoice tells the truth
- QuickBooks Online: customer sync, invoice push, payment links and webhooks, synced on demand
- Reconcile expected-vs-actual before anything ships
Your income isn’t
our business model.
Contracts, rates and financial records can be sensitive and proprietary. Our commitment is simple:
- We will never sell your income or contract details.
- We will never collect or analyze those details for advertising, profiling, industry benchmarks or market research.
- Your records serve your own tracking, calculations and reports.
The app stores and processes records to provide its features, maintain security and preserve record history. Our privacy policy explains that processing, including service providers and integrations.
